We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Maestro and American Express. This is the quickest and simplest way to make a purchase from us.  Simply click the 'buy it now' button next to the product of your choice and that product will be added to your cart.  To view your cart at any time look for the lime green cart button at the top of every page.

Cheques and postal orders
Cheques and postal orders made payable to "Ramsdens Direct Limited" are accepted. If you wish to pay by this method please complete our order form and post with your payment to Ramsdens Direct, Rock House, Barnsley Road, Cudworth, Barnsley S72 8LL.  Please be aware that we do not dispatch goods until we have received cleared funds, this can take up to 7 working days.

Telephone/Fax Orders.
You can telephone your order directly to us and pay by credit card by phoning 01226 710601. This number can also be used if you have any other queries you wish us to answer.  Orders can also be faxed to 01226 710101

Returns Policy:

Unwanted Goods:

We want you to be satisfied with all purchases you make from Ramsdens Direct.

Therefore you may return any item purchased from us for any reason within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund for that item. All items returned must be in their original unspoilt condition, complete with all packaging and documentation. We recommend when returning items to us that you use a traceable service as we can not accept responsibility for items not received by us.

Please note that postage costs are direct costs and as such are the customers responsibility, we will only refund the purchase cost of the item(s)

Faulty Goods:

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods from us then we will either refund in full or replace the faulty parts / item free of charge. Please email customerservices@ramsdensdirect.com  and we will endeavour to resolve your problem as quick as possible.

IMPORTANT: Please email or telephone us prior to returning any products (for whatever reason) and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. This will ensure your return is dealt with swiftly and appropriately.
