Online Via Credit & Debit Cards. We accept all major Visa and MasterCard credit & debit cards. This is the quickest and simplest way to make a purchase from us. Simply click the 'buy it now' button next to the product of your choice and that product will be added to your cart. To view your cart at any time look for the shopping trolley icon at the top of every page.
Once you reach the payment section of our checkout procedure you will be forwarded to the Sagepay site where you card details will taken, details verified and payment authorized. This all takes place in the highly secure area of Sagepay's own website. On completion of payment you will be re-directed back to ramsdensdirect.com. Online via Paypal. Cheques and postal orders made payable to "Ramsdens Direct Limited" are accepted. If you wish to pay by this method please complete our order form and post with your payment to Ramsdens Direct, Rock House, Barnsley Road, Cudworth, Barnsley S72 8LL. You can telephone your order directly to us and pay by credit / debit card by phoning 01226 710601. (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm). This number can also be used if you have any other queries you wish us to answer. Returns Policy: Unwanted Goods: We want you to be satisfied with all purchases you make from Ramsdens Direct. Therefore you may return any item purchased from us for any reason within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund for that item. All items returned must be in their original unspoilt condition, complete with all packaging and documentation. We recommend when returning items to us that you use a traceable service as we can not accept responsibility for items not received by us. If you notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order that you intend to return the item then both item cost and outgoing shipping charges will be refunded. If you notify us after 7 days if receipt of you order then the item cost only will be refunded. In both of the above cases the return postage costs are the buyers responsibility. Faulty Goods: In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods from us then we will either refund in full or replace the faulty parts / item free of charge.
